Our experience in selling and marketing hotel services has shown us that many hotel guests prefer to spend their stay in smaller, cozy hotels with characteristic, personalized and discreet services.
The concept of the "Small Charming Hotels" project is based on the following criteria that the hotel and it's staff must meet:

Location
The location of a hotel is one of the key factors of success. This statement is especially true for smaller hotels. The smaller size of the hotel and the first-class quality of services offered attract most modern, independently thinking travelers today. A “Small Charming Hotel” should be located in the very center of the destination, but in a quiet street so that the guest can walk to the center. Such a hotel is an oasis of peace, away from the noise and bustle of busy streets and squares.
Character
There is no charm without character. Character of the hotel is mainly created by the building architecture and its infrastructure. The property´s character must make the guest feel comfortably, allowing him to have fast access to hotel public areas and yet offering enough privacy when needed. An important aspect is the building size. According to our experience, maximum hotel capacity under standard conditions, where a proper character can be developed and maintained does not exceed the 150 rooms.
Hospitality
The one who can fully influence hospitality is the staff. Guests must always feel welcome in the hotel. Every member of the hotel team must show their sincere interest in the well-being of the customer. Every stay must be unforgettable! This approach to the guest distinguishes “Small Charming Hotels” from larger properties, where the care for the individual needs of the guest is limited by the less personal approach of the staff.
Calm
As we have realized, peace does not only mean the opposite of noise. We will allow the guest to spend their precious time in a quiet hotel environment near the busy center. The hotel management must create a calm, relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Due attention must be paid to creating a pleasant and comfortable environment in the hotel room.
Charm
In our concept, charm does not necessarily mean luxury. Charm is an exceptional charm created by attentive perception of the guest's needs, reflected in the art of hospitality. Combined with a good presentation of the hotel, the services provided and the character, it all together makes a positive impression on the hotel guest. Charm must be shown in the overall impression that the hotel makes.
