Petr Vaníček
Petr Vaníček is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague. In 1991, he co-founded GTS International - in 1997 one of the five largest travel agencies in the Czech Republic. For 7 years he ran its incoming department providing services to foreign clients who were coming to the Czech Republic. In 1998, he took over the operation and management of the Anna Hotel in the centre of Prague and started to develop the Small Charming Hotels concept. The implementation of this strategy helped our hotels to significantly increase revenues and profitability. Pert Vaníček is now responsible for managing the HOTELPRO company.
Klára Vaníčková
Klára Vaníčková is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. Besides her law education she has extensive managerial experience. During the years 1996-99, she was the vice-chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Česká pojišťovna, a.s. and Západočeské plynárenské, a.s. (1995-2000). After her maternity leave, she held the position of Troubled Assets Manager at ČSOB Leasing, a.s. Klára Vaníčková was also for many years responsible for the legal and development administration of the HOTELPRO Company. Since May 2003 till November 2019, she has taken over the management of the Best Western Meteor Plaza Hotel (operated by the HOTELPRO Company). Since January 2019 Klara is also responsible for commercial agenda of the company, taking part in preparation of feasibility studies and supervising preopening phases of new hotel projects.
Daniela Purkrábková
Daniela Purkrabková started to work for HOTELPRO in 2003 as Sales and Reservation Manager in Best Western Meteor Plaza Hotel and she was in charge of daily checks of revenue, sales, reservations and also company accounts. In 2010, she took over the position of Sales and Marketing Manager at HOTELPRO. During her 22 years' experience in restaurant services, Daniela has held various positions from the level of services up to management and she has extensive experience in the areas of sales, marketing, quality and revenue management.
Kateřina Málková
Kateřina Málková is a graduate of the Secondary Hotel School in Prague. She started her career in the sector of services as Catering Manager at a local exclusive importer of Mercedes Benz cars. Mrs Málková joined the Anna Hotel team in 1994 in the position of Reservations Manager, where she took over responsibility for reservations, sales and reception. Since 2001, she has held the function of Resident Manager and she is responsible for the overall operation of the Anna Hotel. Her priority is mainly a personified approach of her subordinates to the client and creating a family atmosphere in the hotel. During the time she has been managing the hotel, it has been recommended twice by the newspapers The New York Times and The Times to their readers.
Lenka Křepelková
Lenka Křepelková is a graduate of the Business School in Prague. After graduating, she managed the administration and bookkeeping for the Midwife Association. Since 2004, she has been only in the hotel industry. She started in the Mamaison Hotels & Residences Company in the Masaryk Residence, where she held the position of Receptionist and Booking Administrator, and then she passed on to the position of Assistant Manager. In 2006 she joined the Booking Department of the President Prague Hotel, where she worked for 3 years. Then she started working in the Best Western Plus Meteor Plaza Hotel (operated by the HOTELPRO Company) as Reservation and Sales Manager. After coming back from her maternity leave, she passed on to the position of Resident Manager. In September 2019 Lenka was appointed as a director of the Best Western Premier Hotel Essence (operated by HOTELPRO) until it's closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since June 1, 2022, she has been the director of the Páv Hotel.
