Web Booking Engine

HOTELPRO developed the first version of the web booking engine ResMaster in 2004. The system is implemented in the hotel's web site and allows the client to book online accommodation and additional services. ResMaster has already processed more than 180,000 reservations!

The main attributes of the ResMaster system are:

  • Client section to select and order a stay and additional services

• Contains the complete process from price setting and capacity for sale through stay booking to overview
• System for setting prices and room availability "day by day" or for a block of days

• Direct management of multiple websites/sales channels

• XML connectivity with leading online booking portals (e.g. booking.com, Expedia or Airbnb)
• Connectivity with Google free links
• Interface with the hotel system (PMS) HORES PLUS or PROTEL
• Compatibility with the price and capacity coordination systems Channel Management Channex
• Statistical overviews and trend indicators
