HOTELPRO has developed and is offering its clients its own loyalty programme "Charming Rewards". The loyalty programme serves mainly to keep the client's interest in the given hotel for a future stay at the destination and to assure them that the hotel highly appreciates their repeated interest in its services.

To achieve the stated relationship with the client, Charming Rewards offers many membership benefits starting with free extra services through discounts to free stays and material gifts. The system allows the hotel, besides member database administration, to contact them with special offers and newsletters.

The Charming Rewards loyalty system is used by several thousand of the regular customers of our hotels.
