About us

For more than 25 years, Hotelpro has been creating economic value for hotel owners, positive stay experiences for its clients, and motivating working conditions for its employees.

Our experience

HOTELPRO has been running and operating hotels since 1998. The market value of the hotels operated by the HOTELPRO company in the present and in the past highly exceeds 45 million EUR. The company focuses on smaller and middle-sized hotels with the capacity under ca. 150 rooms, which it either owns or operates based on a lease agreement or contract of agency (management).

Since 2003, HOTELPRO has also operated chain hotels under the brand of Best Western hotel chain. The company's managers have extensive experience in operating both independent and branded/chain hotels.

HOTELPRO is accepted as a hotel operator by 4 leading banks on the Czech market for the purpose of providing loans.

The average length of engagement in a project is 9 years!

In recent years, HOTELPRO has regularly achieved a turnover of over CZK 100 million per year and employs more than 100 people.
